Team oriented

Team oriented means that you just do not think of just yourself, you include others in your decisions. Everybody has a contributing factor in the operations and decisions that concern the business or venture. No one is more superior in the business and everyone has an equal say without any repercussions.

Anthony Casalena founder and chief executive officer of Square Space
Square Space company successful startup is regularly voted as one of the best places to work in New York City. Its company culture is one that is “flat, open and creative.” A flat organization is one where there is no (or very few) levels of management in between staff and executives. This approach is more common among startups, and can be tricky to maintain as a company grows larger, generally requiring groups to form.
Square Space also offers robust benefits, including 100 percent coverage of health insurance premiums, flexible vacations, attractive office space, catered meals, stocked kitchens, monthly celebrations, relaxation spaces and seasonal guest lecturers. Solid advantage such as these help a culture, but are not the sole originator of successful culture. Down-to-earth leaders and direct access to management have a great deal of impact and employees feel their voices can be heard when they aren’t muffled under layers of management. This level of freedom and empowerment creates confident employees and improves spirit.
comment Team oriented have important with every company because every company, employee will have to work together, which everyone must listen to each other and when people are struggling to work. Getting help from others. Is the best way because one person can not solve everything. But may seek advice from others, each of trouble from work are not the same. We will have a different answer. Then applied to the solution in the works. In a joint solution. Better than that, we have a very correct one. This makes the product from the company will be more perfect.
